Service Technician - Header Specialist - Shepparton Dealership

An opportunity exists to join the team in the Service Department in a Service Technician/Header Specialist role.
Working closely with the Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional workshop repairs, specialising in header repair work in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities will include achieving high productivity levels in the workshop, ensuring all duties are carried out in a safe, competent and professional manner; assist Service Manager in the training of apprentice technicians and to mentor less experienced staff.
Essential to this role will be competent technical skills, exceptional time management and organisational skills as well as the ability to meet deadlines.
Qualified or fourth year technicians with specific header repair experience are preferred. Candidates will be self-motivated and enthusiastic, enjoying working in a team while being capable of working individually.
O'Connors operate six machinery dealerships, Birchip, Warracknabeal, Horsham, Shepparton, Corowa and Bordertown.
